I come back to the same story years later and feel it land in a completely new way. Not because it’s changed, but because I have. I’ve always been curious about how something familiar can still surprise you and what makes that possible.
I started making little films with whatever camera I could find, even winning a couple film festivals back in grade school. Through those experiences I learned early on how a story can grab attention and make people feel something, and that’s what I’ve carried with me ever since.
I grew up in a family of all girls, so the house was always full of noise, ideas, and a little chaos. From a young age I was always making something, crafting with my sisters, playing dress up, building mud pies in the backyard, or mixing together what I called “magical forest soup” from whatever I could find outside. I liked trying things just to see what would happen, and that’s still pretty true for me now.
That way of thinking is what pulled me toward creative strategy and art direction. This portfolio is a collection of that process, the ideas I’ve explored, the work I’ve made, and the way I think about making things that stick with people.
